As a Personal Performance Coach, Loree believes that our mental diet (the patterned way we think about things and the habitual thoughts we entertain) manifest as our experiences, so in order to change our experiences we must begin by changing our thinking. Based on this belief she is passionate about teaching, sharing insights, and coaching people to achieve their highest potential and desires. Loree sees life as a grand adventure with the freedom to choose the roads we wish to travel and the ways we want to experience life.
Loree received her Strategic Intervention Coach Certification from Robbins-Madanes Training – the foremost life coach training program in the world and the official life coach training of Tony Robbins.
She received Life Coach, Advanced Life Coaching and Holistic Nutrition Certifications
from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts – Arizona’s award-winning, nationally accredited, private holistic healthcare college. Loree is also a former life coach instructor for the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts Life Coach Training Program.
Loree is the author of Common Sense Happiness, published in 2011 and her new ebook, The Foodprint Plan released in 2019.

A Holistic Nutrition Coach, Loree has had a life-long drive to live in a high-level state of health and began studying food and nutrition over 30 years ago. As she witnessed the sharp rise in chronic disease in our culture she became passionate about helping others understand the relationship between their eating lifestyle and the state of their physical and emotional health.
Loree strongly believes our food diet and our mental diet are the key components for achieving optimal health and happiness and experiencing the life we desire.
The Foodprint Plan is an eating lifestyle plan I developed to be your "blueprint for building a healthy eating lifestyle on a budget."
My Foodprint Plan is not a diet nor does it promote a specific diet or diet trend. It shows you that everything you need to create a healthy eating lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated or purchased at expensive health food stores.
The Foodprint Plan is designed to help you know what to buy, where to buy it and what to do with it once you have it.
