I’ve found that utilizing the Kaizen philosophy in my coaching methods has allowed me to effectively shift my clients ways of thinking and doing things, helping them achieve the lasting, effective change they desire. In many cases my clients have seen massive improvement, experienced breakthroughs, and have made major shifts by adopting this philosophy into their process of personal development. The key benefit of using the Kaizen philosophy is that the physical, dietary, and mental or emotional changes a client makes become a lifestyle, rather than a short-term fix.
