My coaching methods incorporate “Kaizen” principles. Kaizen is a Japanese business philosophy that is defined as making continuous improvement — slow, incremental but constant. As well as professional life, Kaizen can be applied to constant improvement in personal, health, home, and social life. Kaizen is also a mindset, and an absolute necessity for reaching one’s own idea of success and highest levels of health, performance and potential in any area of life.
Utilizing the Kaizen philosophy in my coaching methods has allowed me to effectively shift my clients ways of thinking and doing things, helping them achieve the lasting, effective changes they desire. In many cases my clients have seen massive improvement, experienced breakthroughs, and have made major shifts by incorporating Kaizen into their process of personal development. The key benefit is that the physical, dietary, and mental or emotional changes a client makes become a lifestyle, rather than a short-term fix.
